Reed and W.H. Frost. If you did not yet do so, please visit first tutorial no. 1.       This interactive simulation explores the effect of vaccination mesasures. The epidemics occurs in a small village (N = 1000 individuals) starting from a single case of the disease; the number of potentially contagious encounters is set to 5.
